Comparison of Changes in Eye Findings of Premenopausal and Postmenopausal Women

Objectives This study aimed to compare the presence of blepharitis, ocular tension (OT) with corneal thickness, refractive values and axial length changes in premenopausal postmenopausal women. Materials methods Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), luteinizing (LH), oestradiol (E2), prolactin, refractions horizontal vertical meridians, OT values, length, central thickness blepharitis were evaluated 153 patients 142 patients. Results Statistically significant differences found for right eye (P < 0.001), left 0.001) blepharitis. There appears be no relationship between or length. Conclusions Woman period should examined by ophthalmologist because increase OT.
